Every Language Companion is manually verified by our team before appearing in search results. We review their identity documents and only approve genuine, real people.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payments are held in escrow until the session is confirmed by both parties.
Our messaging system automatically removes personal contact details (phone numbers, emails, social handles). This protects your privacy and ensures all session-related communication stays on the platform.
Both parties independently confirm each other's presence at the meeting. This creates a mutual record of the session and protects against false claims.
Companions who cancel late or fail to appear receive formal warnings. After 3 warnings, their account is suspended. This incentivises responsible behaviour.
If something goes wrong during or after a session, you can report it directly from your dashboard or session confirmation page. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
